In the heart of Sun Valley, Idaho, amidst the breathtaking vistas of Slater’s family property, a love story unfolded, merging the essence of the Wild West with a bohemian spirit. Stacie and Slater, the radiant couple of the hour, took the term ‘Western boho’ to soaring new heights on their wedding day. Nestled on a 50-acre ranch steeped in over a century of family history, this celebration was nothing short of enchanting. With the mountains as their witness and the open sky as their canopy, they exchanged vows in a setting that embodied both rugged charm and natural elegance.

Meet #GRACEBride: Stacie
Stacie’s bridal journey led her to the Venice, California showroom, where a curated selection of gowns awaited. She knew it was ‘the one’ the moment she said it. Stacie said, “The “cape” detailing and flowy bohemian vibes fit my personality and the whole theme of my “western boho” wedding so perfectly.” According to Grace Loves Lace, the Verdelle 2.0, handmade with luxurious French lace, is designed for a wildly romantic #GRACEBride who wants to make a bold statement.
Rocky Mountain Bride recently had the honor to showcase Stacie and Slater’s wedding day in the 2023 Idaho print issue. With a connection to Hawaiian culture, the couple infused some tradition into their Western setting with custom Lei’s that were made in Maui and flown to the Rockies for the bride and groom to present to each other during the ceremony. Instead of a veil, Stacie accessorized her bridal look with a delicate flower crown then later swapped it out for a neutral cowboy hat. Admittedly fitting for the reception were a mechanical bull and the cherished moments of sharing memories with their guests.
