They say that the best kind of love is the kind that awakens the soul. Dallin and I felt that spark in the fall of 2017. I was 17 and Dallin was 18; high school sweethearts, best friends, inseparable. Our relationship turned into endless laughing, hugs, and love. God has always been in our lives and we continue to live each day to serve Him. We both had a desire to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Dallin was called to Maryland and I was called Oklahoma. After two and a half years of being apart, we reunited with an even deeper love and gratitude for one another. We had waited long enough and just three weeks later, we got engaged at one of my favorite places; Disneyland! I will be marrying my soulmate just a few years later where it all began – fall of 2021!
