Clay + Lexi met in 8th grade and were close friends all through high school. They went to high school prom together and started dating during Clay’s freshman year of college. They dated long distance for 3 1/2 years until Clay popped the question on November 8, 2018. The proposal took place at Lexi’s family’s farm, which is also where they were when he asked her to be his girlfriend, as well as where their wedding was held. They were married on May 18, 2019 at Oakbrook Farm in Ridgeway, SC. Post-wedding life consists of busy days working as a horse-trainer/riding instructor and wedding planner for Lexi, while Clay owns and operates a custom building business. On their days off you can find them riding their horses, out on the water, traveling, hanging out with friends, or on a coffee date. They traveled to Colorado for a late honeymoon and spent their time hiking, camping and enjoying the mountains!
