Eilley Alexis Photography and I put together this shoot looking to play with pops of color yet keeping with clean ethereal touches. As I was launching my brand I wanted photos that would make my orals stand out and catch people’s attention. We worked with local vendors to bring together a pallet of pinks, oranges, and lots of greens.
The goal of the shoot was to showcase the owners – I sourced locally grown blooms as well as late summer show stoppers from my own garden. Originally this shoot was meant to take place along one of Pemberton, BC’s beautiful river banks buts torrential down pour forced us to make the decision to change locations. Studio 303 was the perfect backdrop and I don’t think things could have turned out any better.
Additionally, I wanted to incorporate a beautiful tablescape with small touches like name cards and dyed napkins and hand-made paper.
Our couple was newly engaged and were planning to elope later in the year so they were thrilled to have some portraits.
