Over one hundred and twenty years ago, the bride’s family founded the charming and quaint Colorado town of Buena Vista. As the saying goes, “Home is where the heart is” and Hannah always knew in her heart that her hometown would be the perfect location for her to marry the man of her dreams. Years later she did just that as her and her soulmate Aaron tied the knot on a beautifully crisp, fall day in October 2020.
The couple met in their twenties and together with Hannah’s younger brother they formed a blues/rock band that brought them even closer. Little did they know at the time that the hours and hours of practice that they put into their musical craft was actually forming the foundation of their future love. Hannah and Aaron are so in tune with one another, it’s captivating to be around. They’re in a passionate and proud duet. These two songbirds in love grew from strangers, to friends, to bandmates, to life long partners. Both the intimate ceremony and celebratory reception of this luxury wedding took place at the Surf Chateau, an elegant European inspired hotel with timeless architecture and stone cottages located on the bank of the Arkansas River, overlooking the whitewater park. From the clawfoot tubs to the chandeliers, stepping into this French style venue makes you feel as though you have been instantly transported into the picturesque rolling hill towns of France. The sheer romantic elegance matched so perfectly with that of Hannah and Aaron’s relationship as they celebrated unifying their love in the presence of their closest friends and blended family.
