A very cold fall day, but we luckily avoided a snowstorm that came a day later with over 2 feet of snow. Brittany and Matthew started with a gorgeous and emotional first look, neither is afraid to shed some tears. They have been friends and grown up together since they were 6 years old. From swimming together to high school all the way till university and managing with a long-distance relationship they have experienced many of life’s bumps. Their ceremony was held in front of their dearest family and friends under the Pine Pavillion, after that, we moved to Elks Hall in Spruce Grove and began a not-so-traditional tea ceremony. Matt and Britt decided to skip the rules and invited anyone and everyone to join in on the tea ceremony, from there they kept their night so simple and fun. Just speeches from themselves thanking everyone straight to the party! Great food, a cookie bar and polka dancing with a lesson from the bride’s sister/maid of honor.
