It was 2010 when Ashley was left heartbroken from a recent breakup with a longtime boyfriend and no date to her big senior prom. A family friend felt horrible for Ashley, so she asked her friend Andy to do a huge favor. Andy at the time was playing for the Atlanta Falcons and had no clue this small deed was going to change his life forever. Andy agreed to meet Ashley for the first time and surprise her by standing in for prom pictures. The surprise was short lived and the two parted ways that evening with no intentions or expectations of ever seeing each other again. That was until 9 years later when an Instagram post of Ashley and her family on vacation in Italy caught Andy’s attention unexpectedly and prompted him to reach out. After learning that both were currently residing in the Atlanta area, a first date ensued. Once the two reunited after a decade apart, their immediate chemistry and love for each other was undeniable. After dating for nearly a year, Andy again surprised Ashley in the very same spot they took prom pictures nearly a decade earlier; this time was with a proposal and a promise to spend forever together.
