Eden + Zack
Zack and I met at our local fair in Perry, Georgia through mutual friends. I think you could say it was love at first sight because we haven’t gone a day without talking to each other since 2016. It wasn’t the easiest relationship in the beginning due to our six year age gap and the distance of college. I have always laughed at him being my old man and teaching me new things like the fact he was the one who taught me how to properly make a bed. I love how well we balance each other out. He is someone who cares so much for others, and is always there for me. I love how we always find a way to make each other smile. Our proposal was so simple and sweet. We went to the mailbox just for him to ask me to get out of the car and get the mail and there was the ring and him down on one knee! We got legally married during this crazy pandemic so we were not able to have the wedding we truly wanted. Fast forward we welcomed our sweet baby boy into the world during covid as well. So with our minds distracted on being newly weds and new parents we didn’t even think about planning our wedding or what we wanted to do until one of our sweet friends who is also an amazing photographer reached out to us about doing a content day in Utah. We agreed to do the content day while joking around about doing an elopement session. Well our jokes turned into a reality and we finally had our fairytale elopement and the sweetest part was our baby, Banks getting to be there with us as we shared our personal vows to one another. What we are looking forward to the most, besides getting to spend the rest of our lives together, is continue to grow our beautiful family. I wouldn’t change the way our life played out even though it wasn’t planned. We are so in love with our story and our family.
