Wyoming Elopement
The Couple
Danielle + Stephen
The Elopement
“Stephen and Danielle are a relaxed, artistic and adventure-loving couple. When Danielle was telling me how Stephen proposed she said, “Stephen visited me for a weekend when I was living out in Colorado. We took a weekend trip to Keystone/Breckenridge and he proposed on a little hike we took”. So it was natural for them to want an adventure for their nuptials as well. The couple chose Jackson Hole, Wyoming as the perfect place for this occasion. They also wanted this to be a celebration of this new step in their lives — a celebration of the true meaning of marriage and the lifelong commitment they were making to each other. So, surrounded by their dearest friends and family, Stephen and Danielle eloped overlooking the majestic Teton Mountains in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. There by the Snake River, Danielle, escorted by her mother, walked down a dirt path towards her soon-to-be husband, Stephen. The breathtaking vistas surrounding them only enhanced the ceremony celebration. After the “I do’s” were said, friends and family quickly flocked to them, embracing them in love, support and approval. After family portraits, Stephen, Danielle, and I travel to a historic location along the mountain range. The golden light shining during their bride and groom portraits was almost indescribable in beauty. They walked hand in hand down a worn, curved path that led them to the perfect place to watch the sunset for the first time as Mr. and Mrs. As Danielle said, ” Watching the light bleed over the Tetons was magical. It is such a special place”. Once the adventure there was done, they joined their guests in a private room at Gather, a four star restaurant and bar in downtown Jackson. They ended their night surrounded by loved ones and filled with delicious food, laughter, and love.”
