Our vision for our wedding was an intimate evening celebration set in the mountains, that honored tradition but also reflected our laid back style. We wanted a black-tie wedding in a casual setting. Chic, classic and timeless overall with white flowers, small touches of greenery, light blue, and gold.
We gave guests a glimpse of Beaver Creek and Vail as both locations are very special to us. We held our traditional ceremony at the iconic Chapel at Beaver Creek and held our reception in a private villa in Vail village. A string quartet played classical music for our ceremony. Guests entered the candlelight villa and were greeted with a charcuterie table and live jazz. Tables were topped with large cascading white orchid arrangements and soft velvet table linens with touches of gold and light blue. Guests were able to formally dine at beautiful dining tables and casually lounge on plush seating arrangements throughout the villa. We danced the night away to the hits of Motown and classic rock played live by the Makeshift Band. We chose to have an open bar and of course provided our guests with the best late-night snack available in Vail, hot large pizzas from Pazzo’s.
