Desert Vibes Engagement

We met in collage in a business class. I happened to sit behind him in class with my girlfriends. He would play Tetris on his phone every class so he earned the nickname “Tetris Guy”. On the last day of class, he followed me to the bus and talked to me for the first time and we got each other's numbers. I still have him in my phone as “Nick Tetris Guy”! He says he asked me out a few times and that I rejected him..but I don't know if that's true ๐Ÿ™‚ One night at Monte Vista we ran into each other and had a really good time. At the end of the night, as I was leaving with my friends, he chased me down the stairway and planted a huge, passionate kiss on me! He then walked away without saying a word and I didn't see or hear from him for years haha! A couple of summers ago, we kept running into each other. Every time I would bump into him I would end up spending hours with him (either at concerts or breweries) because he was so much fun. He would make me laugh until I cried. At the time, I was 25 and had made a goal to go on 25 hikes at the age of 25 (yes, I'm a dork). Nick went on tons of hikes with me and we both say that we fell in love while we were hiking together ๐Ÿ™‚

He proposed in my parent's backyard under their grape vines with a candle lit pathway ๐Ÿ™‚

We love to hike, travel, and go to movies! We love to drink coffee together and watch cartoons on the weekends. I love trying new food and restaurants with him and to sip whiskey and have fire together ๐Ÿ™‚
