“What we loved about our day was the thoughtful attention to detail at every touchpoint. The original vision was ‘simple, sophisticated, and romantic; with a touch of sexiness delivered through rich, dark, moody colors. Nothing overstated, but everything with intention. And we got exactly that! The cohesion across every aspect of the day was immaculate, and everything was hand-selected and created just for us. Your wedding day is already an extraordinarily special day, but it’s even more special when so much thought is put into every detail just for you to make your vision come to life. Our vendors were instrumental in making this happen.
Since we got engaged in December of 2020 and were unsure about what COVID restrictions would be in place come our wedding day, August 22nd, 2021, we decided early on that we’d have a small, intimate soirée with just our immediate families. Because of this, we wanted everyone to feel like they were a part of the wedding, not just us. So we had a short and sweet outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour with games for everyone to have fun and connect, amazing hors d’oeuvres, custom drinks and an intimate dinner reception held on one long and beautifully adorned kings table so there was a feeling of true togetherness – two families coming together as one. The ambiance was magical, the energy was nothing but love, and the food was simply divine – we still get comments to this day!
It was just such a magical day and I’m thankful for Ricorda bringing the vision to life and coordinating with the vendors to ensure they understood and executed against that vision, and for Grace & Co.’s day-of coordination so we didn’t have to lift a finger. It was magical – we wish we could do it over and over and over again! “
