Emily and her mom, Lori, worked closely with Calluna Events to create a personalized wedding design that reflected so many beautiful personal elements! Emily and Tate chose to get married in Crested Butte because Tate’s family grew up vacationing there in the Winters and Summers. Once he and Emily started dating, it became a special, meaningful place to them both.
One of the elements they loved incorporating were all the gorgeous Aspen trees and the fact that they are all connected by one root. Jessica with Eclectic Hive put together a beautiful furniture design that included clear acrylic cocktail tables with Aspen branches clustered inside. Eclectic Hive and Yonder House also worked with us to create a custom wooden cross and adorn it with beautiful floral.
Emily loved included soft touches like velvet linens, lots of blush floral, and dreamy white draping. She also made sure that there were masculine touches just for Tate, including having her bouquet and all the boutonnieres wrapped in leather.
Guests danced up at Ten Peaks mountain and closed out the night with mini donut holes from local CB favorite, Niky’s Donuts. And while we couldn’t execute the sparkler exit as planned, we brainstormed with Emily and Lori for guests to toss birdseed. Those grand exit shots from S Lynne Photography make for some of our favorites!
