Cory and I have been together for 7 years now (high school sweethearts)!! We are originally from Iowa, but our hearts are in the mountains, so we spend a lot of time frequenting I80 West. Our photographer, Kierstin Jones, had asked us to model for one of her content days in Wyoming. We had shot with her before, so this didn’t seem out of the ordinary to me. We arrived at our location at 8am on October 14th and within 10 minutes Cory was on one knee asking me to spend forever with him. Despite the frigid Wyoming morning, I seriously couldn’t have asked for a more perfect proposal. And the cherry on top: He proposed with my absolute dream ring from Sarah O (based in Denver, CO.) We spent the rest of our “engagement moon” in Jackson, Wyoming stopping at small coffee shops and taking in the mountainous views – it was a dream!!!!!
