Classic & Colorful Colorado Wedding

So many things offered by the bride and groom were with Colorado in mind. Their local microbrew options were Avery Brewing Co. Maharaja IPA, Avery is a local Boulder Brewery and Left Hand Milk Stout also used in the chocolate cake. Left Hand Brewery is a local Longmont Brewery! Local foods were also used a lot of the produce comes directly from The Greenbriar Inn’s personal on-site gardens, Haystack Mountain chèvre on one of the hors d'oeuvres selections- local Boulder County goat dairy! and Colorado Filet of Beef was another hors d’oeuvre while Colorado Striped Bass was a delectable entrée! In addition, items like the Black Buck Antelope, Braised Beef Short-ribs, Wild Mushrooms, duck bacon, duck pate and quail egg combined with the above Colorado selections, really gave it a Rocky Mountain feel.
