Classic & Colorful Colorado Wedding

Wedding Day

So many things offered by the bride and groom were with Colorado in mind. Their local microbrew options were Avery Brewing Co. Maharaja IPA, Avery is a local Boulder Brewery and Left Hand Milk Stout also used in the chocolate cake. Left Hand Brewery is a local Longmont Brewery! Local foods were also used a lot of the produce comes directly from The Greenbriar Inn’s personal on-site gardens, Haystack Mountain chèvre on one of the hors d’oeuvres selections- local Boulder County goat dairy! and Colorado Filet of Beef was another hors d’oeuvre while Colorado Striped Bass was a delectable entrée! In addition, items like the Black Buck Antelope, Braised Beef Short-ribs, Wild Mushrooms, duck bacon, duck pate and quail egg combined with the above Colorado selections, really gave it a Rocky Mountain feel.
