Alex + Kyle
Kyle and I met through mutual friends in college. We immediately hit it off when we went on our first ski trip together at Purgatory Resort. Purgatory and the San Juans hold a special place in our hearts and we had to share where we found our love for each other. Our wedding day was unforgettable – with unexpected rain, blooming wildflowers, and a celebration with all of our friends and family. It was an adventure and nothing short of a beautiful day in the mountains. We currently live in Denver, CO where we hike, camp, snowboard, and enjoy the outdoors often with our dog. We look back on our day, the promises we made each other, and know we picked the perfect setting in Durango, Colorado. Months after my wedding, I am still in awe over our wedding flowers, bouquets, and arrangements that Natalie and her team at Adela Flora created. I absolutely love flowers and like to think I know a thing or two about different types, but Natalie was an expert and gave me so many new ideas I would’ve never thought of. After our initial conversation, I felt our flowers were going to be well taken care of and executed to perfection. Long story short, our wedding florals were breathtaking, flawless, and better than anything I could’ve ever dreamed of. She made my Pinterest dreams come true with our ceremony ground arch, ribbons in my bouquet, the boutonnieres, and table arrangements. The color choice, shape, structure, and variety were nothing short of magical.
