Bright and romantic are two words that we feel Rocky Mountain Bride embodies, which is why we knew this styled shoot dreamt up by Britt Warnick Designs was perfect for RMB! The White Shanty venue’sfloor to ceiling windows combined with Chelsey Black Photography’sstyle creates the perfect blend of light and airy to capture the romantic fine art aesthetic. This styled shoot has us dreaming of springtime and beautiful colors!
The Inspiration
This editorial was influenced by a romantic fine art aesthetic and really came to life with dreamy details from start to finish. The modern, industrial vibe of the White Shanty venue created a perfect contrast against the feminine beauty of our model and the ethereal pink wedding gown featured here. It was stunning the way the light from the venue’s huge windowed door glowed through all the layers of blush tulle of the gown.
The flowers were light and loose with the sweet peas being the focus in the table arrangements. The bouquet was lush and romantic with a beautiful mix of roses and more sweet peas to add in layers of height and a delicate touch.
For styling, we chose a grey table cloth to be the neutral base for the stoneware plates and vintage yellow goblets. The elegant vellum menus paired perfectly with the pink plates and were finished off with a wax seal stamp. The sweethearts table mirrored the guest table with grey plates and a white tablecloth, completing the minimal, but luxe, look and feel of this inspiration.
