Denver Styled Shoot

The inspiration for this stylized engagement/elopement shoot was the modern, boho couple in nature's elements. The color story for wardrobe and makeup is blush pinks, coffee tones, grey greens and a pop of orange. The "bride" wore a blush lace-up dress (free people) and held a twine tied bouquet of antique white roses. Hair for her was loose Coachella curls topped by a handmade flower crown of fresh cut roses. The "groom's" cherry leather boots finish off a more casual version of dressed-up to match her boho vibes. Hair for him was a classic Colorado not- quite-beard-but-more-than-stubble look. For the outdoor living room set, Devon and Logan cozied up on layers of cowhide, Turkish, and sheepskin rugs, pillows, and earthly accessories like a salt lamp, scented candles, and shed antlers. We loved that some remnants of the last snow were still visible on the creek. And what Colorado elopement shoot would be complete without a pup? Freya, the Alaskan malamute, was a rowdy model but quadrupled the cuteness!
