This styled shoot was a part of The Real Workshop excursion in Salt Lake City, January 2019. The featured couple, Jessi and Ethan, are local to the area and were a dream to photograph! The session took place on an overcast day at Antelope Island State Park. Attire was boho/casual. Since it was January on a mountain, staying as warm as possible was key! They got to snuggle up with a woven blanket during part of the shoot which added to the cozy, romantic vibe. The florals were stunning – a mix of wildflowers and locally grown blooms by Beehive Floral Co. I loved the pops of gold and yellow to contrast with the stark, natural landscape. The velvet ribbon accents were a perfect addition to the bride’s boho look and looked whimsical blowing in the wind. I think this shoot is great inspiration for adventurous couples with a boho style looking to elope, and also for those winter wedding vibes!
