With traditional "mountain lodge" inspiration hitting its peak recently, we wanted to stay away from popular trends and patterns. Forgoing red and black gingham in lieu of spicy red, pink, blue, and copper. All elements were based on the vision of a western mountaintop soiree meeting a chic, romantic New Mexican desert. With that serving as the base, it was important to incorporate foraged elements that occur naturally such as flowering cactus, wheat grass, and sagebrush. Hammered copper floral vessels and accessories, deep turquoise blue plates, branded leather place cards, and denim napkins all give a nod to the traditions of both Colorado and New Mexico heritage.
