“Proposal Story”

Tanner and I met on a blind date! We were set up by a couple of friends who thought we might have a fun time together. On our first date, we played arcade games, went bowling, played pool, and just laughed all night long. We had a blast, and I could tell he was special. Needless to say, a few days later, we had our next two dates planned. Every day I was with him, I became more and more amazed at the man he was. Eventually, we fell undeniably in love. Our first date was November 10th, 2018; and on May 18, 2019, he asked me to marry him. The proposal was PERFECT. He surprised me after we did a session at the salt lake temple together. We went for a walk and came to the place we went ice skating on our fourth date. There were lights, roses, and lots of pictures of us. My heart stopped in my chest and my stomach flipped, and I couldn’t believe what was happening. I started nodding yes before he even finished the question.
