Located in the heart of Banff National Park, the world-famous Fairmont Banff Springs is a landmark in the picturesque alpine town of Banff, Alberta. The resort is deemed Canada’s “Castle in the Rockies” – and for good reason. This magical dreamland of a resort would be the perfect way to start married life – in a heated pool, a luxurious room, and nearby so much natural beauty to explore.
Boutique hotel La Posada – just blocks away from the historical Santa Fe Plaza – boasts traditional New Mexican pueblo architecture with authentic casita-style accommodations and six acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Visit the full service onsite spa, Spa Sage, take a dip in the outdoor heated pool, and enjoy the in-house curated art gallery with your new spouse.
The iconic Broadmoor is a 5,000-acre mountain getaway sitting at the gateway of the Rockies. In fact, The Broadmoor is so iconic that it is “The Longest-Running Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond Resort in the World” – and it’s right here in the Rocky Mountains. Relax on a cabana at the outdoor pool, zip line through Seven Falls, enjoy fine dining at one (or all!) of their many restaurant options, and visit the nearby national landmark, Garden of the Gods.

Limelight Ketchum is a conveniently-located downtown Ketchum hotel that still has incredible views of the mountains (so pretty much the best of both worlds). Ketchum happens to be right down the road from Sun Valley – a world-famous ski resort – so you can hit the slopes on your honeymoon. One of the most magical parts of this area of the Rockies is the stargazing – the town is located in a dark-sky reserve so light pollution is at a minimum, making for an extra romantic experience to enjoy.
A “National Geographic Unique Lodge of the World”, Lone Mountain Ranch has cozy cabins to choose from, an on-site restaurant, saloon, boutique and equestrian facilities – meaning you won’t have to leave for any honeymoon activities if you don’t want to. The ranch offers Summer or Winter Honeymoon Packages, which include massages and a private horseback or sleigh ride. Set on 148 acres in Big Sky, Montana, the ranch is located near Yellowstone National Park, Big Sky Resort and Bozeman Airport, so an ideal option for a Montana honeymoon!
