Luxury Mountain Wedding Venue

Three Peaks Ranch is a family-owned and operated luxury wedding venue for those seeking a Colorado weekend retreat experience for their guests. Located at the base of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, the ranch sits at the foot of 3, fourteen-thousand foot peaks with rolling meadows of wildflowers. Romantic, modern lodging is included with the venue rental. Three Peaks Ranch can accommodate up to 8 guests overnight and the venue is available for full weekend rentals. Our timber structure is a 1500 SQFT indoor/outdoor pavilion with a stone fireplace, canvas draping, and a 1500 SQFT open-air deck. You can customize the space to fit your style. The ranch includes bridal and groom suites, two full kitchens, a catering kitchen, lounge areas, wrap-around decks, grills, cabins, and a honeymoon suite.

Availability: Open year round

Capacity: Up to 130 guests for a seated dinner in the pavilion (larger weddings welcome with outdoor tenting)

Event Spaces: Indoor/outdoor ceremony and reception options, and inclement weather backup

Wedding Planner: Wedding planner optional

Food & Beverage: Outside catering vendors allowed and bar is provided by the venue

Parking: On-site, dedicated parking lot

Accommodations: On-site with four luxury cabins on-site

Rentals: Wood farmhouse tables, 10 white high- back chairs, cocktail tables, whisky barrels, flatscreen TV, and wood chairs for the ceremony and reception are provided in the rental

Curfews: 10:00pm noise ordinance

What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?

Our couples are so much fun! They love the mountains and all the adventure Colorado has to offer. They are also madly in love with each other and focused on that. We love couples that want to enjoy their family and friends and have a wedding weekend to really spend quality time with them.

What is your favorite part about a wedding?

Our favorite part of a wedding is when the couple sees each other for the first time! The gleaming look in their eyes with the truest of emotions, full of hope and pure love makes our hearts melt!

How did the venue become a wedding venue?

Three peaks ranch was founded by Jon and Karen Sund in 2015. Karen designed every building and with the help of local Amish contractors, Three Peaks Ranch became the amazing luxury mountain wedding venue that it is today.
