Vineyard I Do’s with a String-Lit Greenhouse Reception in Utah

July 24, 2026 BY: Amy

“James and I knew from the beginning how special this day needed to be, from the guests, food, and drinks to the overall experience. Our guest list encompassed those who wanted the best for us and believed in our love; each person was thoughtfully decided on and invited. Our vendors were so important to us; we had to have similar energies and vibe to move forward with each one. With Magleby’s, we were invited to a food tasting to make our decision of what hors d’oeuvres, plated meals, desserts, and late-night snacks we wanted our guests to enjoy. What makes food and celebrating even better… drinks! Our bar service carefully crafted three signature cocktails for James, me, and our puppy, who had passed away last year. Sarah took our taste buds and put them into an artisan cocktail. Over the summer, we stressed over the details because to us, the details make an experience even more special for the guest experience. I created all of the signage thanks to my Canva Pro account from our layered wedding invitations, welcome table signs, and menus; I even bought a Cricut so I could create the linen bar sign along with the name pressed ribbon on the menus. The masterpiece of our seating chart was designed and built all by James. It was put in the middle of cocktail hour for a reason. As for our reception, we made our table numbers and antiqued milk glass bud vases, and handwrote thank-you notes to every couple/person who attended. Again, express how intentional our wedding was and how special we wanted it to be for everyone. For how much intention and love went into planning, our wedding photographer had to match that, and Chelsea Scott of Where We Wander Photography did just that. We were lucky enough to work with Chelsea for our engagement photos down in Las Vegas, and she spent months helping narrow down how to capture our love in the place that we both call home. She put in the same effort for our wedding. We talked for weeks leading up to the 10th, and, lucky for us, she came up early to photograph our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Chelsea understood how emotionally tied we were to our details, and she captured it all for us in the most stunning way. We knew that we wanted our wedding to be dreamy, romantic, and unforgettable, just like our love and I truly believe our wedding is a representation of our love and relationship to each other and to the people we love.”
