My photography philosophy is simple. I create space for real moments. I shoot candidly with a documentary feel, and I guide when needed so everything stays comfortable and natural.
Your wedding day is not a photoshoot. It is about being present with your partner and your people. My job is to protect that experience so you can actually enjoy it.

What do you consider your style to be?
I would describe my style as true to color, documentary at heart, and intentionally guided when it needs to be! I want your photos to feel exactly like your day felt. The tones you chose. The light as it really was. The atmosphere you created. When you look back at your gallery, I want it to feel like stepping right back into it. I do not box myself into just documentary or just editorial because different moments deserve different care. When I am photographing your details, I will thoughtfully style them so everything is highlighted beautifully. During your first look, I will guide you into good light and then step back so the moment can unfold naturally. I will never interrupt something meaningful just to pose it. It is already beautiful because it is yours. For family photos, I step in confidently and direct so we are efficient and everyone looks their best. For couples portraits, I will guide you into those timeless images you love and then give you prompts so you can move, laugh, and interact in a way that feels real. Throughout the entire day, I am always watching the light, the shadows, the way it hits your dress and your eyes, and anticipating the in between moments happening all around you. It is a balance of intention and emotion, and that is what makes it feel like you!
What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?
I love working with couples who are fully and unapologetically themselves! The ones who care deeply about their wedding day and make it personal and completely unique to them. That kind of energy truly lights me up! I am drawn to the real stuff. The quiet glances. The forehead touches. The laughing mid kiss moments where you forget I am even there. And if you feel awkward in front of a camera, please do not stress! You do not have to perform for me. I will guide you with prompts that keep you moving and connected so it feels natural and actually fun! My couples value connection most of all. They love their people, include their pets, choose meaningful details, and make space for both intimate moments and a packed dance floor. They want their wedding to feel like them from start to finish and getting to document that kind of love is the best job in the world!
Do you travel for clients? If so, where?
I absolutely do travel! Travel is such a huge part of who I am. Choosing a destination is about so much more than a beautiful view. It is about creating an experience in a place that means something to you. When it comes to out-of-state or international weddings, I plan intentionally. I always arrive early, build in extra buffer time, and create thoughtful backup plans so nothing feels rushed or stressful. You deserve to feel calm and fully present, no matter where your wedding is taking place. The best part? My travel pricing is all-inclusive, so there are no surprise travel fees added later. What you see is what you get! Couples have brought me to places like Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, North Carolina, the Dolomites in Italy, and national parks across the country, and I am always ready for more! If your wedding is happening somewhere meaningful to you, I am already packing my bags!
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
I know this might sound cheesy, but it is honestly so hard to choose just one part of a wedding day! Of course I love the epic sunset portraits and the wild dance floor moments, but what really gets me is watching my couples truly live their day. Fully present. Fully taking it in. We spend months talking about the details and the people who matter most, so when I finally see you hugging the aunt you adore or clinking glasses with friends who traveled so far to celebrate you, it feels incredibly special. Being invited into something so intimate is never lost on me. And getting to help you stay grounded in it while documenting it in a way you can relive forever is the greatest honor!
