A Romantic, Color Filled Resort Wedding Day in Santa Fe

January 13, 2026 BY: Amy

“Izzy and Zeke’s love story began in the vibrant buzz of Austin’s South by Southwest festival in the spring of 2023, where a chance meeting led to an effortless first coffee date. Their connection deepened quickly, and a few months later, they embarked on a 2,000-mile road trip from Utah to Colorado to New Mexico, sharing sweeping landscapes, long stretches of ‘windshield time,’ and the kind of conversations that reveal just how naturally two lives can intertwine. By the fall, Izzy met Zeke’s children, forming an instant, heartfelt bond through movie nights, creative projects, and outdoor adventures—moments that made merging their worlds feel beautifully natural. In the spring of 2024, they moved in together, officially becoming one family, and that May, Zeke proposed on Austin’s Lamar pedestrian bridge. He chose the spot intentionally: a place to promise that he couldn’t wait to ‘bridge’ their lives forever. Izzy joyfully said yes. Because Izzy grew up in Santa Fe, it was only fitting that the couple chose to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by the enchanting landscapes of Northern New Mexico. On July 26, 2025, they invited loved ones to the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado in Santa Fe for an elegant semi-formal celebration infused with warm, earthy tones and a relaxed Southwestern spirit.”
