By the fall, Izzy met Zeke’s children, forming an instant, heartfelt bond through movie nights, creative projects, and outdoor adventures—moments that made merging their worlds feel beautifully natural. In the spring of 2024, they moved in together, officially becoming one family, and that May, Zeke proposed on Austin’s Lamar pedestrian bridge. He chose the spot intentionally: a place to promise that he couldn’t wait to ‘bridge’ their lives forever. Izzy joyfully said yes.
