“The florist, Olivia, and I are cousins and best friends and have been doing shoots together for years. We had an idea to create a beautiful winter bride shoot with some deep red jewel tone florals because we felt it would work so well with the winter season and be a contrast to the white walls and dress. We combed through Taylor Made Rental dresses for hours, trying to decide the best dress and veil that would work with our vision. Finding Rylee was the final puzzle piece. I actually met her because she was a bridesmaid at the first wedding I shot. She later won a free photoshoot giveaway I did, and she was such a natural in front of the camera that when this project came together, I reached out again, and happily agreed to work with us and loved our vision. After many texts and shared Pinterest boards between the three of us, we were able to bring the vision to life. It was SO much fun all working together. It was a smaller production, but we had so much fun together, and we were obsessed with the images we created.”
