“From the moment guests walked up the picturesque, greenery-lined pathway leading to The Vibrant Vines Winery Estate Villa, they were immersed in the beauty and charm of our day. Champagne flutes in hand, they were guided to our stunning ceremony site overlooking the vineyard. Live musicians, Chris and Emilia, set the tone with beautiful melodies as guests took their seats. Instead of a traditional arch, we opted for a curated collection of Italian ceramic urns in various textures and heights, filled with lush florals and olive branches, creating a timeless and unique focal point. Following the ceremony, guests were invited to enjoy artisanal gelato from Amore Mio in our custom-made Gelato Cart by Glitz N Glam, this was a hit! Along with an impressive 12-foot charcuterie table in the garden by the wrap around porch, thoughtfully crafted by Crumbs of Comfort Catering. The reception unfolded in the villa’s charming courtyard, where a custom seating chart greeted guests with envelopes containing thank-you cards and their table assignments from Lily Creative Designs. Tables were adorned with blue linens, blue-and-white floral Italian-inspired plates, and personalized cutting boards paired with fresh loaves of bread at each setting. Wicker chargers and florals perfectly complemented the classic plate designs, creating an effortlessly elegant tablescape. Our first dance took place in front of a beautiful fountain, draped with cascading vines and peonies by Fleurich Creations. The dance floor and string lights by Avalon Event Rentals twinkling above as we danced the night away. DJ Krucial K kept the dance floor alive all night, while guests enjoyed a chic lounge area with a custom boxwood hedge bar surround by Glitz N Glam.”
