You create exactly what you envision! There are several sites for both the ceremony and the reception to choose from on Trail Creek Ranch. Beautiful scenery all around with views of the Gros Ventre Mountain Range. Our historic barn sets the scene beautifully and many use it as a backdrop for a ceremony or cocktail party. The bride and groom have access to the amazing loft for pictures unlike any others. We can help with choosing all the right vendors, but you have flexibility to use whomever you like. Love Notes
My husband and I had the immense privilege of getting married at Trail Creek Ranch this past summer. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful piece of the world to hold our wedding ceremony and reception. Alex and the team made the entire process completely stress-free and easy. They put in so much work and planning to make the space exactly what we wanted. From cutting the grass to perfectly fit our tent, to working with all of our vendors on routes and arrival times, to allowing us their personal home as a staging area prior to walking down the aisle. They felt like family by the end of the weekend, and I don't think most people feel that way about their wedding venue. We also were so lucky to stay in one of their guest cabins throughout the weekend. Our family and friends stayed in the surrounding cabins, and it was so lovely to be so close to those we loved on our big weekend. The finishing and thoughtful, homey decorations made us feel so welcome and cozy. Cannot recommend Trail Creek and Alex/the team enough. We talk all the time about how we truly cannot imagine the weekend being held anywhere else. It will always be such a special place for my husband and me.

Fun facts

How did the venue become a wedding venue?

Trail Creek Ranch was a Dude Ranch from 1946 until 2000 when we quieted the place down a bit. This gave us the opportunity to offer it as a venue. We still greet guests year round, but offer the space up for 6-8 events per year.

What is your favorite part about a wedding?

We love the energy. There is so much joy and excitement that surrounds each wedding. And sharing the Ranch and the Valley with all of the couples, their family and friends is the best! And each wedding is different - every bride and groom has a unique vision of their special day.
