Fun facts

What do you consider your style to be?

I consider my style to be dreamy, natural + timeless with a hint of vintage.

How did you get started in the wedding industry?

I have always loved taking photographs, ever since I was a little girl. I would set my stuffed animals up and take Polaroids of them in different formations for fun. I was always the friend with a camera at parties. When I got my first paid shoot, I was mind blown that I could actually receive money for something I loved doing so much. I had a huge drive to continue this work after that, so I made a website and eventually booked my first wedding!

Where do you find your design inspiration?

I think my biggest inspiration is time travel and different eras. I love taking inspiration from the past especially and applying it to my work. I also find a lot of inspiration from movies and TV; especially but not limited to Blade Runner (1982), Big Fish, and Twin Peaks.

What is your favorite part about a wedding?

All of it. I love the getting ready, I love the vows and seeing the families get so excited for the couple (I cry at every wedding I shoot...) The portraits, everyone celebrating, the dancing, the FOOD! Everything!
