“We met in highschool and we always knew of each other but never had talked. One night, at a party, we exchanged a few words and I left that night thinking about how easy it felt talking to him. A month goes by and suddenly we are inseparable. It’s the summer before our senior year of highschool and we were the classic football player and cheerleader couple. Immediately, it was like we were best friends. Fall comes around and I am cheering at all of his games. It felt like a movie. Once we graduated, we went to different colleges but we got to see each other almost every single weekend. He is my best friend and while we were both living the hustle and bustle life that college kids do, we were also making time for each other and making plans for post grad life. We graduate, get full time jobs, and eventually decide to move back to our small mountain town to be closer to our families. Fast forward a few years, we were at a country music festival taking pictures when I felt a slight nudge behind me. I spun around to see Collin on one knee with the ring of my dreams and it was the best surprise of my life! Today we are celebrating eight years together and are just a few weeks away from becoming newlyweds!”
