“Meg and Josh met in 2020 right before the pandemic. While Meg was working at Petsmart, Josh walked in one night to get a few things for his new pup. Meg saw him walk in, thought he was cute, and walked over to see if he needed help. Little did he know she was a dog trainer at the time. Meg was eager to get Josh to take his dog to one of her training classes so she could see if there was a connection, but conflicting schedules decided otherwise. Over the months, Meg would still see Josh occasionally and noticed him coming into the store randomly… mostly for things he didn’t even need. Finally Josh mustered up the courage to ask Meg on a date and have a puppy play date. Meg answered so fast, almost too fast, and said, ‘YES!’ Josh realized in that moment that she had been waiting for him to ask for a long time. After a few years of dating, Josh got down on one knee in front of Nambe Lake in Pecos, New Mexico- a place where they have shared many memories and their love for the outdoors. The two plan to wed in the Fall of 2024 at their western- chic themed wedding and knew photos in the striking wild west would be the best way to capture their love.”
