The hot topic currently swirling around the Royal Wedding is whether William - a prince - should ask Kate - a commoner - to sign a prenuptial agreement. This got me wondering about prenups in general...I've always considered them a legal matrimonial tool of the rich and powerful, so people like me had no reason to even think about one.
