There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think about the day my passion showed through. But, the funny thing is our society thrives on the little bit of crazy. I mean come on, why are there so many reality shows about weddings and they show the bad things that happen at weddings? They show the bride a little bit crazy. But, we ALL watch those shows and talk about them the next day at the water cooler.

*How would you describe your style?* I would consider myself a portrait journalist. I'm drawn heavily into cinematic, high-impact moments that bring out a depth and emotion within my clients. I rarely "pose" my subjects, instead give them inspiration and place them in pleasing light. The images themselves are simple and honest.

Many details make up a wedding day but the key to keeping your dreams in focus is selecting one or two items of most importance and letting the other details fall into place. As a planner, that logic goes against my basic instincts but I saw first-hand how it made for one perfect June day.
