If you haven't heard, Paul McCartney married his third wife over the weekend. I actually hadn't heard until I caught a re-run of the clip on the 9:00 news this morning. Sometime around January, we were asked to participate in a poll about our predictions for 2011 wedding trends. One of the questions asked the 2010 trends we were most tired of, and hoping to see disappear in 2011. I responded "mermaid gowns." I am in loooove with the dresses from D'Lola Couture. I got a glimpse of them at the photoshoot for the summer issue (now on stands!), and immediately fell head over heels for the unique, vintage-inspired creations from designer DeeDee Vicory.

I'm a huge fan or short dresses. I think the simplicity of Anne Bowen's cuts are classy and modern...Would you walk the aisle in a micro-mini?
We received an email from White House / Black Market the other day featuring the retailer's Wedding collection. Classic gowns in four very different styles that range in price from $348 to $698, a collection of bridemaids dresses that won't make your maids groan, and accessories for everyone.
